About Yaneli
Hey there!
My name is Yaneli Rico and I am a 26 year-old Californian. I was born and raised in Northern California, but I currently live allllll the way down in San Diego. I enjoy hiking and eating, but I love cooking even more! I am vegetarian so you won't find recipes with meat in them, but still plenty of protein. That being said, if you eat meat there's absolutely no reason why you can't add it to any of the recipes you might like to try; your food is yours!
Education:
In 2015 I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Public Health from University of California, Merced. I aspire to motivate more of my generation to pick up a spatula and get cookin' at home. I feel like anyone is capable if they just try. It's time to quit the drive-through and get personal with our food. Let's go!
